Support Salesforce administration, including business requirements, enhancements, defects, UAT, and report creation. Manage non-line down expedites through macros and manual entries. Train new hires on CSR/ISR roles, purchase order automation, SAP, and related processes. Assist with quality audits, testing, process improvements, and Power BI reports. Maintain CSR SharePoint and documentation. Expertise in Excel/VBA, Salesforce, iQuote, Purchase Order Automation, and SAP. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills required.Macro Management:- Develop and maintain macros for backlog, open orders, and expedite processes.- Manage customer and Avnet backlog, customer open order report macros, and processes.Salesforce Support and Administration:- Collaborate with the Salesforce Center of Excellence on business requirements.- Submit enhancements and defects.- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Create and maintain Salesforce reports.Expedite Process Management:- Handle non-line down expedites by uploading them into macros based on business rules.- Manually enter specific expedites when required and coordinate with materials according to guidelinesTraining and Development:- Conduct new hire training for CSR/ISR roles on Avnet and with industry guest speakers.- Process training includes purchase order automation, expediting, credit R&A, etc.- iQuote and SAP Training: Order entry, backlog management, order maintenance, RMA, TLA, expedites, block management, delivery notes, TLA, RMA, source of supply, sales force case management, and Excel training.- Create and provide assessments to reinforce learning.Customer Operations Support- Assist with quality audits and testing of macros, quota processes, and Power BI changes.- Offer backup support for specific Power BI reports.- Document, create, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs) for CSR, quota processes, and Power BI reporting.- Drive process improvements, such as cycle time studies.- Maintain the CSR SharePoint
