Traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NTSE: SUP),Superior Industries had 2022 annual revenues of approximately $1.64 billion.**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:Responsible for the overall vision, architecture, oversight and use of our enterprise Power BI Reporting Systems along with the related road maps and lifecycle management.**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor's dregree in Computer science or related field._**EXPERIENCE**:- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, specifically working with Power-BI. MES and ERP systems a plus.- Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.- Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data transformation activities.**KNOWLEDGE**:- Ability to support the development, optimization and enhancement of dashboards in BI reporting tools.- Solid working knowledge of how to develop, create, and publish Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards, dataflows, and paginated reports- Strong understanding of MES concepts and processes.- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and processes from a technical perspective.- Familiarity with database concepts, SQL queries, and data analysis tools for data extraction and reporting.- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to extract data from different systems (e.G., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SRM, & Crystal Reports).**ENGLISH**:- Advanced Level.**SKILLS**:- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify technical issues and propose effective solutions.- Ability to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business operations, efficiency, and profitability.- Project management skills to manage tasks, priorities, and timelines in implementation of projects.- Aligns efforts across the various technical architectural disciplines within the company to develop innovative and appropriate architectures and roadmaps that enable the enterprise to deliver best-in-class services to their customers, and employees.- Ability to partner with peers within all Information Technology groups to promote architecture principles, standards, methods, and strategic direction.**COMPETENCIES**:- Critical Thinking- Effective Communicator- Interacting with People at Different Levels- Job Knowledge
