The Business Analyst - Digital Automation will analyze and optimize process flows and identify automation potentials and their associated value. As the first point of contact for process owners the business analyst is a guide, a translator, and a project manager to turn an idea into a solid concept. During the development the business analyst also supports both the developer and the process owner to allow a smooth realization.
