Business Analyst

Alinsco Insurance is the top auto insurance agency in Texas in customer service, catastrophe management, and claims processing. Currently we are looking for a **Data analyst.**The position analyzes KPIs, monitors and creates reports needed by the BI or Executives. These reports will deliver consistent, actionable information and insights across the enterprise for business and functional support areas.**Offer**- Competitive base salary- Grow opportunities- Additional benefits.**Activities / Responsibilities**- Monitor, update and enhance our current set of executive reports.- Identification and understanding of business needs across our different business domains (Claims, Accounting, Product, Operations, etc.)- Use Power BI to generate general reports/dashboards.- Implement creative approaches for data visualizations to able to synthesis information, in order to create clear and precise business indicators.- Improve current business processes by implementing automation initiatives.**Requirements**:- Experience with statistical software solutions such as Python or R.- Proficient using SQL and Power BI.- College degree in Actuary or related to Data analyst.- Can be Recently graduated.- English skills.- Proactive.**Work From Home - Merida****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
