**Project** Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Collect expectations and requirements of the customer- Write user stories and acceptance criteria- UI/UX designs reviewing- Manage best practices and ensuring these practices are used- Understands the effects of technology used within the development, and the impact on the business client- Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines- Customer' expectations management- Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing- Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc.- Analysis of as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement- Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements- Regular status reporting**Skills**:Must have- 9+ years experience as a BA on IT projects- Good understanding of Capital Markets investments.- Experience with WEB solution design ( REST API-based, microservices experience)- Good understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM)- Requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews- Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS- Calm, agile, positive, proactive but pragmatic mindset- Good communication skills + customer management skills + team playing skills- Good experience with data visualization tools and technical (UML)- Good product/asset class ( equity, fixed income, futures etc. ) knowledge and capital market experience- Understanding of Business Analysis as related to requirements gathering and documentation for use by the development team- Experience in financial domainNice to have- Technical background- Active listener- Aware of dependencies- Builds and sustains positive relationships, trust- Can scale their message depending on their audience- Communicator- Conscientious, follows through on commitments- Critical thinker- Effectively facilitates meetings- Problem-solver**Languages**:English: C1 Advanced**Seniority**:Lead**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationBusiness AnalysisRef NumberVR-82331
