**Abouth*******the****position**The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for understanding the company needs from a business perspective, performing in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical requirements to provide detailed possible software solutions for the company.Are you experienced enough and ready to take full responsibility in this position?
**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- 3-5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.- Fluent in English.- Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills.- Actively participate in assisting the team resolving issues and escalate as needed.- Proven experience gathering, validating and documenting business requirements for IT projects.- Experience modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.- Experience identifying possible issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.- Experience in the creation of functional specifications and requirements for solutions.- Experience working as a bridge for business and technical teams to understand each other and help them simply information to make it understandable by all parties.- Experience estimating costs and identifying business savings.- Experience supporting business transitions and helping to establish change.Nice to Have:- Experience working in SCRUM projects.- Coding experience with any programming language.Ideal Profile:- Resourceful and problem solving abilities to think creatively solutions to business challenges.- Critical Thinking, ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.- Great communication skills, ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand business needs.- A self-starting attitude - ability to work independently and take initiatives.
