.**What You'll Do**You will be working with a team of professional-level employees responsible for completing a number of analytics activities within the Logistics Strategy & Sourcing (LSS) organization. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of experts to build a culture of Analytics and Continuous Improvement. As a Business Analyst, you will help provide innovative, strategic, and tactical recommendations, based on unbiased data-driven optimization & cross-functional collaboration. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you will implement data-driven diagnostic assessments of processes and practices to determine areas of opportunity. You will also communicate plans and priorities in order to meet team performance and results requirements. Key activities for which you and your team are responsible for include:- Serve as a technical consultant to complete intake and routing for Category Strategy needs in addition to leading business case analysis. This includes optimally communicating analysis and recommendations to leadership.- Aid in the development of the Logistics Digital Twin.- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and audit data quality.- Driving Supply Chain Continuous Improvement and Data Quality Standards- Using Data Insights develop Alerts for Pro-active and Pre-emptive monitoring and performance optimization- Assist in the Digital Transformation of our Global Supply Chain and functions, by providing business intelligence solutions to our business stakeholders.**Who You'll Work With**This role resides within the Logistics Analytics Team (part of Logistics Strategy & Sourcing).
