Staff augmentation, ideally someone that has had a compliance or audit type background. Someone to help the team manage and review self-testing, answer questions.
Looking at evidence (based on a checklist) and ensuring it is complete and accurate (can compare to prior quarter). During the rest of the time, he/she should help proactively perform spot checks in higher risk SOX controls across ~60 applications, but we have checklist/attributes that the person would check. He/She also have to do some work in Workiva (w-desk) to link our controls to each narrative (simple but manual and time consuming).
