Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in Global Business Operations you will collaborate on initiatives with sales, operations and anti-fraud functions within a fintech company that is operating across Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for supporting the seamless integration, optimization, and effective utilization of the sales CRM and its integrations with other relevant platforms. This position requires a keen understanding of program management, documentation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive globally relevant Business operations projects that directly impact PayJoy topline / bottomline metrics
- Build scalable tools and processes for global Sales and Operations teams
- Build relationships with Sales and Operations leaders across geographies to implement change management through tool implementation and new processes
- Be data savvy and drive projects with clear data-driven outcomes
- Present to the leadership regularly on project outcomes and impact

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree with 3+ years experience in business operations or similarly high volume, highly structured environment
- 1-2 years of experience working with CRM systems (Zoho preferable)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Prioritization skills to direct your own efforts amid competing priorities
- Ability to communicate efficiently with stakeholders, including leadership
- Proactive mindset
