**What you will do**
- **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, and translate them into detailed specifications
- **Process Improvement**: Analyzes current business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with our goals.
- **Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration**: Acts as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, refining requirements and define user stories, ensuring the final product meets business objectives.
- **Provide feedback** to product managers on technical solutions, alignment with user needs, and delivery timelines
- **Serve as an expert** to client support and implementation for product questions
