Business Analyst

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.- Represent as Proxy PO and responsible for consolidated prioritization of work to liaise between PO and POD teams.- Works with the PO to resolve escalation concerning prioritization of requirements across applications/domains, when necessary.- Responsible for creation of user stories, refinement, acceptance criteria and clarifications including updating business stories (done) in JIRA.- Works with PO to help ensure backlogs are well-formed within sprint and helps in alignment on business prioritization.- Help the scrum masters to prioritize tickets as needed by consulting with domain and product owners.- Contribute to the content of Operational Status deck, attend weekly meetings and share the meeting notes including documenting them in action plan/RAID logs.- Review functional test coverage in line with user stories to ensure the quality of implementation and facilitates system demos with stakeholders.- Conducts informal UAT pre-check and coordination of UAT.- Monitors SNOW queue, IDEA mailbox, triage, ticket assessment and engage required analysts for issue resolution.- Attend retrospective, scrum events, facilitate customer/domain teams discussions and participate in monthly demand meetings.- Conducts Business overview sessions for POD teams to help understand application functionalities.- Bring innovative ideas with business case to the PO for application improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
