We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team. The project is for Southwest Airlines, a leading airline company known for its exceptional customer service and operational excellence.Responsibilities:As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching and gathering information, and synthesizing data. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
