**Location**:Monterrey**Department**: Digital Manufacturing Information Technology**Position Description****Responsibilities**:- Partner with the Global Supply Chain and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements- Partner early in the definition phase to draft project charter with business counterparts to define initial scope, benefits, and cost estimates- Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations for improvements- Support the implementation of systems across a global supply chain landscape including factories and distribution centers to create an experience that positions Terex as best in class for customers- Partner with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing- Document user manuals to describe installation and operating procedures- Coordinate resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget- Develop and articulate an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs.**Education**- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or MIS**Experience and Skills**- Minimum three years' experience in a Business Analyst role.- Solid background in business enablement through technology- Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products- Ability to partner with software engineers, citizen developers, and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards- Modeling Techniques: Object Orientation analysis, UML (e.G. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams)- In depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.G.
