Responsabilidades Esenciales:
- Translate user needs and business requirements by writing documentation or editing functional specifications for current systems and reports, system changes, and/or system enhancements; present ideas/solutions focused and concisely.
- Lead the effort to reverse engineer the business logic and document the functionality/business rules.
- Assess the existing report landscape and identify new opportunities to examine the data.
Requisitos del Puesto:
- BS/BA degree in Information Systems or related field required or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of MS SQL experience: Transact-SQL (T-SQL), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Proven knowledge and experience in Business Analytic skills.
- Experience with process mapping tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and design solutions for business processes and to document functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, oral and written communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong business acumen, negotiating skills, and analytical thinking.
- Must be a team player, tenacious and determined, able to organize diffused ideas, ownership, and have a positive outlook.
- Travels 25%.
