The candidate will be based in Mexico and report directly to the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Greece and indirectly to the CCT HQ in Irvine, California.
Due to the scope of the businesses involved, the position requires working hours that support the North American time zone (the workday ends at 1:00 pm USA Pacific Time Zone | 8 pm Eastern European Time Zone).The Application Business Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and front-end teams globally to understand key business objectives and goals, analyze and prioritize process and systems opportunities, and assist businesses with reports and/or data integrity issues.
In addition to possessing solid skills in MS SQL and MS Excel, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to grasp overall end-to-end business processes quickly.This position involves managing end-user relationships, responding to critical and routine application support requests (via the First Line Support Global IT ticketing system and emails), triage dealing with business logic and non-development needs (it is not a coder), and liaising with developers for development and support
