RESPONSIBILITIES Gathering and analyzing data: A business analyst collects and analyzes data on various aspects of the organization's operations, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and product development. Identifying areas for improvement: After analyzing the data, the business analyst identifies areas where the organization can improve its performance, such as streamlining processes, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction. Developing and implementing solutions: The business analyst works with various stakeholders, such as managers, developers, and end-users, to develop and implement solutions that address the identified areas for improvement. Managing projects: The business analyst may also be responsible for managing projects related to the implementation of solutions, including creating project plans, managing resources, and monitoring progress. Providing support and training: Finally, the business analyst may provide ongoing support and training to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions are effective and sustainable over time. QUALIFICATIONS Analytical skills: Business analysts need to be able to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the organization's operations.
