**JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:**CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:- Effective professional communication skills; works with executive leaders and their representatives- Key liaison with the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance organization; confidence in gatheringand organizing data (Excel)- Coordinate across Strategic Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Global Business Units, Finance and HR for planning and analytics requirements- Capable of translating data into simplified stories, informing leaders of trends with concise explanations- Coordinate, consolidate and report important information multiple functions and locations- Prepare internal and external presentations (PowerPoint), high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint- Understand basic Operations Finance concepts, able to interface with Financial organization- Handle daily tasks for Plant Manager upon request (e.G.
briefings, correspondence, attend meetings)- Facilitate execution through professional communication and collaboration- Prepare Executive and Advisory Council briefs on Operations topics.
