**Responsibilities and Tasks****Develop, Monitor, And Manage Analytical Tools to Assess Business Performance**- Analyze performance expectation gaps to business activities to show trends and highlight risks or opportunities.- Perform trend analysis on critical business metrics for continuous monitoring and flag concerns.- Generate, update, and maintain Cost Per Part to analyze performance expectations.- Monitor KPIs for ongoing process improvement, including ASP, yields, slow-moving inventory in WIP, subcons, and FGs.
**Develop, Monitor, Manage Metrics and Reports**- Develop, maintain, monitor, and publish internally effective Performance to Plan metrics that outline the progress, risks, gaps, and accuracy of product availability, inventory, or requirement plans in Statement of Supply.- Develop, maintain, and publish internally required inventory reports for Engineering, Business, or Production teams.- Help identify solutions and internal recommendations to increase accuracy and efficiency.- Look for opportunities to drive the process forward to future quarters in alignment with forecast input.
**Manage All Aspects of Recovery Roadmap**- Develop, maintain, and publish internally a Roadmap with inputs from support teams to outline a full recovery plan.- Outline input requirements to drive Master Roadmap functionality and effectiveness for recovery direction, including timelines, launch dates, forecast volumes, inventories, etc.- Internally review Product, cost, ASP, and yield to determine recovery feasibility alignment with Master Roadmap and PLM activities.- Identify, recruit, and manage internal cross-functional project teams for strategic action on designated projects.- Develop project scope, timeline, and expected deliverables to monitor activity and progress."The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
