**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency with **JIRA** or similar tools, and a strong grasp of **ecommerce terminology** (e.g., PDP, PLP, Checkout).
- Ability to write detailed **technical requirements **and **user stories.**:
- Advanced knowledge of **Agile project methodologies.**:
- Ability to juggle **multiple tasks **in a fast-paced environment and preemptively address potential issues.
- Strong verbal and written **communication skills**, with the ability to **explain complex information clearly.**:
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**, and available for on-site **work in Mexico City**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Requirement Gathering and Analysis**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs for the ecommerce app.
- Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with the product owner to convert solution needs into actionable user stories and refine acceptance criteria.
- Lead grooming sessions and manage the product backlog.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
- Handle stakeholder feedback and adjust plans as needed.
- **Quality Assurance and Testing**:
- Partner with QA teams to create test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
- Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the app meets business needs and provides a smooth user experience.
- Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and usability concerns through thorough testing and feedback.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify and recommend process improvements and innovations for the ecommerce app.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive ongoing enhancements.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and long-term strategic planning.
