Connect with BTSers from 32 offices in 5 continents to create the best experiences for our clients**What you´ll do at BTS**- Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company's key levers for driving profitability and growth- Work in several accounts and projects with a full overall vision, supporting the team with everything it takes to create powerful experiences to execute strategy through people- Research and learn about our clients' businesses and industries identifying key levers for driving transformation, profitability and growth customizing the project to their needs- Participate in the design and deployment of powerful experience-based learning solutions- Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant's understanding of relevant content areas**How is the people that we add to our team...**- Have a fun approach to work while aiming to excel- Have strong leadership, are team-oriented, always curious, and believe in generating change through people- Can create great-quality solutions in multi-level, interdisciplinary teams- Have knowledge in finance and interest in project management- Are passionate about communicating and has proven presentation skills- Are open to give and receive feedback and capable to improve yourself and make others shine- Have interest in consultative selling- Are comfortable working with Excel (advanced level is a plus) & preparing impactful presentations- Speak English and Spanish; additional language skills are a plus
