-Job Description Summary--:
This role is responsibr executing one or more process improvement or automation projects to improve disbursements processes across the Energy Payments COE.Essential Responsibilities Lead one or more projects to implement LEAN processes across the Payments Cr the Disbursements processes to meet customer expectatior SLA-s and and to meet productivity goals.
Share best practices across other teams to drive continuous improvement; Drive and report out on KPI-s Be an ambassadr creating a LEAN culture thcilitates adequate segregation of duties, risk mitigation and operational efficiencymunicate project status, timeline, and challenges or risks to leadership in a complete and timely manner.
Identify & analyze risks against project execution, propose and execute mitigation plans working closely with stakeholdersQualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administrationance,Accounting, or related área.
