And our success allows HermanMiller to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.Position Profile:Responsible for assessing ERP system, surrounding systems, and involved business processes to provide solutions that will improve company operations.Specific responsibilities:Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business units to gather and document business requirements.Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.ERP Configuration: Configure the LN ERP system to meet business needs and optimize performance.Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and upgrades.User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the ERP system in a timely manner.Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and the IT department to ensure alignment and effective communication.Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.ERP Experience: 4 years+ proven experience with ERP systems (Infor LN, Syteline, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Netsuite, EPICOR, TOTVS or other).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL and database management.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Language: English 80% listening and speaking.Preferred Qualifications:ERP Knowledge: Infor LN Cloud ERP.Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing or supply chain processes.Who We Hire?Simply put, we hire everyone.
