MissionsYou will join Crédit Agricole CIB Americas as a Business Analyst.
You will be part of the Chief of Staff (COS) office, which is responsible for a variety of initiatives relating to strategy, advisory, budget & performance reviews, etc.
Your concrete missions will be the following: 1.
Reporting & Senior Management Presentations:Produce periodic reports relating to commercial performance, noteworthy deals, platform profitability, budget ambitions, risk, markets, business opportunities, etc.Enhance and develop KPI reporting capacities by leveraging new technologies (ex: Power BI) and by collaborating with teams from all divisions, including coverage, products, head of countries, finance, risk, strategy, etc.Provide presentations to Senior Management for committees, regulators, clients, and as on-demand requests.Master the structure of Crédit Agricole CIB's various data sources in order to showcase features of performance and become a point-person for reporting teams from other groups.Assist in formulating presentations to help decision-making for Senior Management, in terms of business development, countries strategies, medium term plan, etc.Work with various stakeholders in the organization to reach business development and optimization goals through deep analysis, business reviews, market intelligence, KPI tracking, change management, etc.Support in the execution of CEO-sponsored projects: analysis, definition, alignment and implementation.2.
Support & Coordination:Serve as the key point of contact to facilitate projects under tight deadlines and gather information to drive common goals.Support CEO, COS and Head of Coverage and Investment Banking for ad hoc requests, often related to business opportunities or confidential studies.Provide support in the preparation of materials for Executive Committee, Management Committees, Risk Committees, etc.To be eligible for a VIE:Be less than 29 years old.Be graduated of Master Degree.Don't forget to mention this information explicitly in English in your resume and/or cover letter! Are you our future VIE?You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University, a Business or a Engineering School with a specialization in Strategy, Banking, Finance or Modelling.

A first experience in strategy, consulting, business management, investment banking or trading is necessary. Hard Skills:Knowledge of the CIB offerings.Ability to understand and translate insights into concise analysis.Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI).Spanish would be a plus.Soft Skills:Strong organizational skills and attention to details.Ability to work under high level of pressure and result-driven.Autonomy.Ability to prioritize in order to respect deadlines.Capacity to adapt to change.
