At Swissport, we are driven by our core values of Show You Care, Do the Right Things and Win as a Team, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals, who align with these values, to join our team at various locations across the globe.*****Job Summary**Your role in Finance and Accounting SAP Key User will be responsible for:- Working closely with IT Applications team, you will collect the local requirements to standardise and implement more efficient processes in the ERP considering the global standards for systems security and integrity.- The role will involve in the development of the SAP Key Users community and forums across Swissport as well as the creation, share and delivery of training plans and documentation.- An in-depth functional knowledge of how SAP modules are running within Swissport and a proven ability understanding SAP technical solutions.**Your activities**:Finance and Accounting Business Processes (60% of time)- Support on evolution of local processes regarding mainly, but not exhaustive: 1) Fixed assets; 2) Accounts Payable (accounting and treasury); 3) FX revaluation;4) Banks reconciliations; 5) Taxes; 6) Financial reports; 7) Payroll and others.-Support creation of local operational manuals and procedures on SAP; - Support on integrationof data with another corporate systems; - Support trainings and onboarding of accounting/finance staff.Key User Support Finance Applications (40% of time)- Provide first line of support to the local user community on any know issues prior to create a helpdesk call.- Liaise with Central SAP Support team to get knowledge and support for issue resolution.- Work with business stakeholders to identify new requirements or demands.- Understand the root cause of issues raised and contribute to develop long term solutions to avoid repeat.- Develop key users' community to build the first line of defence for support on site.**Your profile**:**Core skills & competencies**- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills- Proven ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication skills are essential to gain the support and trust of users.- Working in global environment - supporting teams in different locations and with virtual tools.- Spanish speaking with business English
