We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become throughout the years.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Salesforce Business Analyst, specifically focusing on Service Voice, Service Cloud, and Digital Engagement.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and experience with digital engagement tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and developing functional specifications.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and address business challenges effectively.**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements specific to financial services processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.- Translate complex financial business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications aligned with Salesforce capabilities.- Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders and end-users to understand financial services challenges, compliance needs, and specific requirements.- Design and configure Salesforce solutions tailored to Financial Services, addressing areas such as customer relationship management, wealth management, regulatory compliance, and more.- Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of financial services functionalities within the Salesforce platform.- Support testing activities to validate Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and fulfill business objectives.- Provide user training and support during the implementation phase to drive successful adoption of Salesforce solutions within the financial services domain
