**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining highly effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Developing and maintaining analytics dashboards mainly in PowerBI as a frontend.
- Creating standardized mapping templates and design format files to acquire data from systems.
- Taking ownership of assigned KPI's and business elements like ERP's and other business systems.
- Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
- Working with the business to design and publish standardized publishing methods, formats and reporting services.
- Working with IT to establish interfaces and storage between systems.
- Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this position, you will either hold a Bachelors' degree in Business processes and/or 3+ years of work experience in Data Analytics and Process Design in fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Materials, IT, Data or Industrial Manufacturing environments where you attained:
- Affinity with ERP and other IT Systems (Oracle, SAP, BPC, PowerBI, MS Office).
- Power BI development is an essential skill for this role.
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communications with all levels in the organization.
- Ability to create roadmaps and perform project management activities.
- Ability to map current and future desired state for IT and Operational processes.
- Fluent oral and written English.
Preferred skills:
- SAP BPC knowledge or Financial knowledge (understanding of how to read a P&L and Trial Balance accounting.
- Great Plains ERP system
- Oracle ERP
- Azure Data Factory, SQL, DAX
