Business Analyst I

What's the role?:
**Main Responsabilities**
- Manage internal/external team communication including (regional) site engagement
- Planning, coordinating, follow up on (talent) actions and keeping content of a meeting
- Responsible/Accountable by providing analytical reporting to increase visibility for decision making (Jira/KPI/Cost Savings)
- Collecting and identifying the current training gaps for Team development
