In your new role you will:- **Definition of functional basket of SAP QM solutions**:- Documentation of business-requirements and execution of complex analysis for inhomogeneous, global user groups (Requirements Engineering).- Contribution to conceptual blueprints for complex, system spanning environments and IT architectures to support business processes.- Conceptual work for optimizing existing software for performance,stability and maintainability.- Analysis and prototyping of new technologies or tools and guidancefor implementation.- Definition and introduction of standard monitoring and analysis tools for global systems and for operations of complex global systems.You are best equipped for this task if you have:- **Familiar with SAP (QM)**:- **Professional experience in operational support and customer interaction.**:- Bachelor or master in computer-sciences.- Experience with processes and methods in IT.- Team player.
