As part of the IT Business Operations team, this business analyst role would help define and implement processes related to resource management, project management, financial management, procurement process, portfolio management and relationship management.**Why work at MCC**:- **MCC offers a competitive wage and generous benefits package including all medical services in a private Clinic located in Monterrey.**:- ** Accesible work hours and rest on weekends.**:- ** This position will offers you the opportunity to travel 5 - 8 times in the year.**:- ** Location of the plant is very near to Monterrey downtown.****Responsibilities of the IT Business Operations Business Analyst**:- Collects and analyzes information about existing internal process, looks for areas of improvement and presents recommendations to IT Leadership.- Collects and organizes information from IT organization, updates regularly and reports back to IT Leadership.- Gathers requirements and creates templates to facilitate standard internal IT processes- Works with other business functions such as Finance & Accounting, Procurement and HR to implement collective, efficient ways of working- Work with internal and external technical resources to define requirements, configure and test productivity tools that support transparency, efficiency and data collection- Facilitates sessions to capture requirements and feedback on IT efforts- Examines existing business analyst disciplines and makes recommendations for standards across projects and programs- Documents meeting minutes and action items along with follow-up until closure- Works with project delivery teams to capture tracking of status, costs, labor hours etc.- Consolidates project level inputs into program level views for management- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned- Captures and reports on IT spend/expenses- Participates or leads in any new processes or tasks within the IT Business Operations Team**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or has at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an IT organization.- Applicant must have very good spoken English and excellent English documentation skills
