To strengthen our Finance, Control and Legal Mexico Hub, we are looking for a Business Analyst to complete our Management Accounting Team.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day support to Finance end users across LATAM.
- Implement finance technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders' needs and the Management Accounting IT Product Group roadmap.
- Support business integration initiatives including Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestures. - Support Digital Transformation within Finance IS/IT
- Deliver IS/IT Finance project on time and within budget.
- Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business finance team.
- Support Period End Close and forecasting activities performed by the markets ensuring efficient use and adequate performance of the relevant IT tools.
- Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
- Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement.
**Required Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.
- Project management experience. - Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
- Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Controlling modules Profitability Analyzes, Cost center Accounting,
- Profit center and Project Accounting.
- Working knowledge of Dynamic Forecasting tools.
- Working knowledge of Business Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.) is also desirable.
- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Experience with other Finance related modules within or outside of SAP, Master Data governance knowledge and fluency in Portuguese are a plus.
