**Purpose of the position**: Be the bridge between Talent Acquisition teams and IT development teams. Will raise opportunities regarding the Recruiting / Onboarding / PDP modules of SuccessFactors and translate these opportunities to the technical team. It will be responsible for ensuring that such improvements happen and also for governance.

**Experience and knowledge required**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in IS/IT Human Resources functional area.
- knowledge of SuccessFactors (specifically the recruiting / onboarding and PDP modules) and SAP HCM modules.
- Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- Understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
- Understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.
- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
- Experience with Service Now desirable.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Capture opportunities in the successfactors Onboarding / Recruiting and PDP modules together with interested teams.
- Translate these opportunities to the development team through a detailed document of the process and what should be improved.
- Register orders using internal tools such as Service Now.
- Participate in global meetings with the development team to explain the opportunities raised.
- Train and answer questions about these modules for talent teams.
