**Job Description**:

- ServiceNow ITSM techno functional Analysist, Experience in Requirement gathering for ITSM and integrations. _
- Develop and document the ITSM requirements during the workshops with the business stakeholders._
- User story documentations with Test case design for System Testing. _
- work along with the Solution Architects, Process Leads, and developers._
- ServiceNow - IT Service Management
