The Analyst, Quality Management is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on policy and procedures compliance throughout all aspects of Quality Monitoring.We are looking for an individual to be the Administrator of the system, manage the BAU, and create/modify new reports in the system. This person will need to manage individually the following domains:USA Job Function Description: Monitors and evaluates reporting, metrics, trends, and consumer interactions for quality and adherence to internal processes, standards, and regulatory expectations. Works to address issues and trends and collaborates cross-functionally to improve operational processes, quality, and controls.Essential Responsibility: Maintains all Quality Management performance expectations. Notifies Quality Control Management and Business Leadership of any immediate concerns or trends. Provides professional feedback regarding findings. Remediates findings as set forth by Quality Management.Qualifications:Work Experience: 1-2 years in Operations, Servicing, or related field.Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.Ability to make effective decisions on complex matters.Ability to lead, influence, and direct peers, subordinates, and management.Excellent project management skills.Ability to adjust to new developments/changing circumstances. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-directed, self-motivated, and demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions to further business understanding.Education and Experience:1-2 years of experience in the financial industry or equivalent experience.BA degree in business management, risk, or audit monitoring.IMPORTANT:This role is performed in English with native speakers.
