_**Job Description**_- Drives continuous improvement to business processes and business results based on the enterprise capability of the ERP solution.- This position supports the ongoing maintenance of the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system primarily Infor BPCS/LX 8.1/LX 8.4- Oversees the implementation of upgrades and new modules.- **Education**_- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.- **Experience**_- Business processes mapping methodology and project lead in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing.- Three years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.- Maintenance and support experience, and detailed/comprehensive understanding of an ERP solution.- **Knowledge/Skills**_- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners.- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements.- Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation.- Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprise-wide ERP-related functional business, technical processes, and configurations (enterprise functions include Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain), preferrable Infor LX.- Ability to generate business unit and enterprise-wide reports (Microsoft Power BI is a plus)- Experience in developing solutions as a software developer.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things.- Self-motivated, and a problem solver.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $1.00 la horaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- BPCS: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Business Analyst Leader: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- English (Obligatorio)
