This schedule is subject to change based on business conditions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Work with customer teams to document business requirements related to issues affecting business processes and productivityCollaborate with the Market Solutions team to design and document new solutionsAggregate issues affecting multiple customers to create business cases for strategic projectsProvide consultative support for internal account teams regarding opportunities in the ticket queueUnderstand customer needs to draft process maps for potential solutionsPrepare requirements and prioritize items for development sprintsDraft definition documents with business users to ensure clarity between business and technical teamsCollaborate with technical experts to understand and document feasibility and cost to buildManage time and prioritize work effectivelyReport time allocations to projects, customers, and tickets QUALIFICATIONS:Required:High school diploma or General Educational Development certificateMinimum of two years of experience working on project teamsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience with data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL queryingAbility to travel up to five percent domestically and internationallyPreferred:Bachelor's degree in technology from an accredited college or universityExperience in supply chain, logistics, or transportationPrevious experience with reporting analytics and data platformsExcellent documentation skills, including the ability to document technical requirementsCurious mindset to understand customers' needsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits plan above the Mexican Labor Law.
