.As Business Analyst for Procurement, you will support decision-making, manage projects, and oversee operations, ensuring alignment with goals and scorecards. The role is to conduct trends and gap analysis to support the identification of opportunities to drive structural productivity. In addition, this role acts as an intermediate to ensure regional teams are supporting the global templates for reporting. What will you do? Collect and prepare monthly global and regional updates on productivity, working capital savings, and operational metrics. Leverage the global report tools to create local reports to support category teams. Ongoing gap analysis on both inventoried and non-inventoried purchases. Establish a reporting criterion for tail spend management. Support system (ERP) taxonomy identification and data scrubbing to improve the quality of the data. Work with the Procurement Operations Team on reporting for compliance adherence. Collect global weekly supply risk updates and report them concisely and accurately. Support or lead special projects. Provide strategic insights to improve procurement processes. Spend reporting data; collect and analyze procurement data. What do we look for: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, business administration, or finance, or an equivalent mix of experience and education. 2-5 years' experience in procurement analysis. Strong detail orientation, as well as analytical and time management skills. Data mining, relational database, and business intelligence experience.
