**Role description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with product management to gather and document requirements for software products.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Act as a liaison between product management and software development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of product requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and manage product backlog.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and other related documentation.
- Conduct product research to support decision-making and ensure product competitiveness.
- Assist with product launch and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or certificate program with demonstrated experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Owner roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools, such as JIRA, and version deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong English comprehension; reading, writing, speaking - Level B2 or higher
