.Team Overview and Job ResponsibilitiesThis role is within Prysmian North America's Industrial Specialties Wire Harness & Assembly division, dedicated to providing just in time supply of wire harnesses and cable assemblies to leading OEMs of medical equipment, rolling stock, specialty vehicle, electric vehicle, and other industrial equipment. Reporting to the ISWH Market Manager, the Business Analyst is accountable for managing elements of pricing strategy, working capital, and customer satisfaction programs, among other responsibilities. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and other Business Team members. Responsibilities in this role include monitoring the performance of assigned product lines, taking action to achieve the sales, operating profit, working capital plan, and recommending alternative strategies or tactics to improve product line performance.What you'll do:- Coordinate with outside sales on strategic pricing management for assigned customer base, including routine administration of price changes to customers based on cost changes by vendors in coordination with purchasing- Support inside sales in administrating pricing accurately throughout full inquiry-to-cash cycle- Manage quotations for new designs and engineering changes for defined customer base, including coordinating across engineering, sales, and purchasing functions; backup support for all ISWH customers; and SharePoint / Workflow management and process ownership supported by all relevant functions including IT- Lead continuous improvement activities focused on quotation effectiveness and profitability maintenance as well as optimizing working capital employment- Responsibility for system price sheets and product attributes system infrastructure- Working capital management coordination with supply chain, purchasing, and sales to align raw material, WIP, and finished good strategies with needs of the business for defined customer base- Maintain standard monthly slow-moving and obsolete inventory cycle- Identify & drive opportunities for improvement and potential solutions in partnership with all functional areas- Able to develop and leverage highly productive working relationships across essentially all business functions both in US HQ (Highland Heights, KY) and with production facility in Piedras Negras, MX- Go-to for "next level" problem solving / conflict resolution on delivery issues, customer conflicts, quality issues, working with Supply Chain, Engineering, Plant Management, Logistics, etc
