Highly proficient in Excel, Database query

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Importante empresa in using tools such as clevertap, appsflyer, google analytics

Quantitative and Analytical mindset

Main responsabilites:
Understand user behavior and perform analysis to identify and take actions to improve user retentionDrive customer retention across all channels through CRM, paid digital and customer journey tools

Responsibr the campaign development as well as the analysis and insigom all campaigns geared towards customer retention

Create and manage customer segmentation and set nobjectives accordingly

Manage and monitor monthly targets and plan necessary course corrections wherever required
