As part of the Product Group Team, the Senior Business Analyst overall ensures a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best solutions.S/He translates business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and plays a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.**Position Snapshot****Location**:Nestlé México**Stream**: IT Human Resources**Type of Contract**: Permanent**Key Responsibilities**:- Ensures that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product- Secures that program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested- Ensures the training materials for the Product Group area are documented- Oversees the delivery of training to the end users, deployment and support teams- Supports the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain- Facilitates business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value- Consults with product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need- Ensures that near-term needs are assessed by using structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities.- Partners with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements- Partners with the BRM and Product Group Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders- Consults with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions.
