We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.To strengthen our **IT Regional Marketing, Sales & eBusiness Hub in Mexico**, we are looking for a **Technology Specialist **to complete our **Marketing & Sales Department**.Under the supervision and guidance of your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Manager, you will provide knowledge, consultancy and advisory within Prospect & Field Service area of specialism with respect to a particular (emerging) technology. You will participate in the development and you will promote technology which supports the business requirements within your area of expertise. You may be accountable for the realization of specific deliverables in relation to IT development or you can lead the technical activity within your area of specialism.**Key Responsibilities**- Provides and coordinates deep specialist consultancy, guidance and support in their specific specialism; - Makes recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies; - Provides business withdeep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision and supports the development of and/or review of standards; - Provides implementation assistance to the business, ensuring the Prospect & Field Service products are implemented effectively and that it provides adequate coverage to meet the business needs; - Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems; - Participates in peer reviews of deliverables and carry out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentation and/or implementations; - Liaises closely with suppliers, for example where third party work or packages involve significant functional, technical, process, data or integration decisions.**Required Competencies**- **Education**- Bachelor's degree in a Business-related area, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience; - Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties; - Certification or significant experience in other corresponding technical fields, or CRMS (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP C4C)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; - 3+ years of experiencewith products deployment & sustain within Marketing & Sales area;
