Business Analyst – Software Development SupportWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our Software Development Engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to investigate business inefficiencies, identify problems, and collaborate with subject matter experts to design new business processes and software features that drive improvements.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements for new business processes and software features.Work closely with the Software Development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle.Assist in creating detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and software functionalities.Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software features meet business needs and requirements.Monitor and report on the progress of business process improvements and feature implementations.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within software development or IT.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to translate complex business problems into clear and actionable requirements.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong documentation skills and flow chart creation skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence).Understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in optimizing our business processes and enhancing our software capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
