This position will also train various associates in the proper use of systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Consults with business personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and AbilitiesSAP Business Analyst experience in a manufacturing company utilizing a fully integrated SAP ECC 6 system.Experienced in implementing, configuring, and supporting a variety of aspects of Supply Chain Management in a Discrete Manufacturing CompanyGeneral knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically any/all of Warehouse Management (WM), Materials management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM)Knowledge and experience of MRPMM: Release Strategies, EDI/IDocs, Intercompany Stock Transport Orders, Vendors, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Subcontracting, and related master dataPP: Production Orders, Repetitive Orders, Confirmations, Capacity PlanningWM: Control Cycles, Storage Types, Transfer Orders, and related Master DataQM: Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, and related Master DataUnderstanding of integration points with other areas of SAP system (SD, VC, CO, FI)Strong communication skills with ability to interface at all levels within and organization and provide training and conceptual teaching to management and end users.A strong team player able to assume varying roles within a team and work with external partners as needed for successful completion of open tasks
