This role offers the chance to make a significant impact and engage with cutting-edge tools and technologies.Your Role:As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be the key player in managing and optimizing our Field Sales App incident assignments. You will oversee and automate the assignment process for incidents across various platforms including Microsoft 365, Sales-force, Go-Tool, and more. Your responsibilities will also encompass managing bi-weekly reports, creating engaging content for our internal Viva Engage page, and maintaining essential Power-BIdashboards.Your Mission Includes:Streamlining Processes: Automate and manually assign Field Sales App incidents to the right owners, ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms.Communication Hub: Handle all Front-line Leadership SPA Box emails for critical tools and platforms. Manage bi-weekly automated email updates to keep the team informed.Content Creation: Own the content and updates for our internal Viva Engage (Yammer) page, including top trends and tech tips.Data Stewardship: Maintain and enhance Power-BIdashboards and manage content on various Share-Point pages.Training & Support: Provide access, training, and support for new employees through Azure Dev-Ops.Sales-force Enhancement: Assist in gathering requirements and testing for Sales-force improvements.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; Business or Data Analytics preferred.Tech Savvy: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Power-Point, Excel, Sales-force, SAP, and Power BI.
