Business Analyst / Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Virtual Assistant to support our Sales and Customer Service teams.
This role involves creating and managing templates, documenting processes, maintaining SOPs, generating reports, and providing administrative support.
