**Responsibilities**:
- Gathers operational data from various cross functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
- Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
- Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
- May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work together with other areas of the Bank (Product, Segment, Risk, Behavioral Economics, etc.) in order to design and implement new strategies within GCB.
- Identify high impact opportunities and propose strategies that will translate into portfolio growth and incremental revenues, through statistical techniques and models.
- Structure, do and validate analysis from various sources/categories (demographic, financial, Credit Bureau, transactional, social media, etc.).
- Development of analytical tools, which will help us to have a better understanding of our customers and the market.
- Valuation and tracking of key initiatives.
- Create synergies with D&A CoEs (Centers of Expertise - Testing, Modeling, Pricing), in order to develop high impact use cases / projects.
- Summarize key findings and present to top management.
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related.-
- At least 2 years of professional experience (data & analytics, risk or related).-
