Business Analytics Senior Manager (Credit)

The Role:the business owner will lead a squad of new products to be able to:

Influence cross-functional teams. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets. Compliance and Risk Management: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in the financial sector. Requirements Proven experience in Fintech leadership roles, specifically within credit card product development and management. Strong understanding of the Mexican financial services market, regulations, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated success in establishing and managing strategic partnerships. Data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to deliver projects on time Strong preference Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels. Be able to collaborate and work at all levels within an organization to effectively engage and influence a diverse group. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Critical thinking - ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs. Ability to influence multiple teams and stakeholders in the company Excellent writing and editing skills in both english and spanish with the ability to create high-quality, educational, and engaging content.
