**Main Objective**:
Support VPE Direction in activities related with resources assignations per program, maintaining relevant information updated and available for use in a periodic base as well as the planning of the department in administrative tools implementation required for this purpose.

Support VPE Direction in activities related of Business Management

**Specific Functions**:
**Strategic**:

- Ensure end to end process understanding for head count budget execution.
- Ensure organizational charts accuracy, defining and implementing controls to ensure budget adherence.

**Operational**:
1) Planning & Coordination of activities to propose, get approvals and maintain the required resources of the Organization charts for the correct implementation of VPE Mex Projects.

2) Coordinate activities with the Managers and Supervisors to maintain updated organization charts related with VPE Mex Projects.
- Maintain updated the corporate automated manpower report and organizational charts according VPE US Capex Management and Resources team.

4) Support with administrative activities related with elaboration of CWO's, requisitions, invoices, business travels, reservations, corporate visits coordination, etc.

Resource Management:
Travel and business expenses,

Disposal of assets and hazardous wastes,

Use of corporate databases and information (MSP, Portal, Organization Charts, Hiring Processes, Portal, GVD, timings, program charts, etc.)

**Other Functions**:
3) Supporting necessary activities to provide tools to the VPE Engineers to develop their activities (ex: Computers, cell phones, etc).

4) Coordination and support of Agendas to attend corporate Visits to Mexico Plants to follow VPE Mex projects.

5) Coordination between different organizations of Stellantis Mexico to provide necessary resources to attend upper management Visits.

**Requirements**:
**Position Requirements**:
**Experience: (Time/Type)**

At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing projects preferably in Automotive Industry.

**Carrer**:
Industrial Engineer, Administration graduated.

**Technical Knowledge (Software courses, etc)**:
Powerpoint advance

Excell intermediate

Desirable:
Manpower Database

Portal Database

Accomplish requirements according competence Matrix (See PD Competence Matrix)

Knowledge in methodologies used by the Manufacture Industry (WCM, WCT, SPW, etc)

**Language**: English

**Level**: At least B2.2

VPE Organization: For this position is required to work closely with each other Departments in the VPE Mexico Organization, Industrial Engineering, and in a very close communication with CAPEX Management Team in USA to ensure to met with the requirements for the head of VPE in Mexico, NA and Global.

**External**

Human Resources: To promote communication between HR and internal VPE Mex Areas to accelerate the processes between areas to provide the human resources to cover VPE Mex Functions.

MCE group at least twice a month to review taskforce CWO's for payment.

**Level of responsibility**:
Coordination of resources, agendas, resources planification.

**Handling of Confidencial Information**:
Information related with headcount, budgets, timings, future programs and projects for Stellantis Mexico Assembly Plants.
