Continuously improve the design and management of the Organizational Unit (OU) Processes and the performance indicators related with the OU business goals to assure that theSigma OU execution capabilities are agile, efficient and at the lowest possible cost

Responsabilidades del Puesto
Implement actions of analysis, design and realization processes:
- Understand the business
- Conduct diagnosis and leads the redesign processes aligned to EPM - enterprise proceso model central definition. The product will be the detailed documentation of processes in terms of maps, a goal of the process, roles and responsibilities matrix, findings and recommendations.
- Support Information Technology area on the analysis and design of the technological tools that enable core processes, ensuring that the technological tool satisfies the conditions of the process
- Collaborate with the Human Capital area in the definition of organizational architecure models alignet to the processes and roles and responsibilities definitions, ensuring that the organizational design will meet the conditions required by the process
**Performance follow up of Sigma Value chain Processes**:
- Assure the periodic measurement of the business indicators of each one of the core processes and proposes concrete actions to minimize the gap between the result and the expected
- Monitoring and follow up of Quick hits implementation from the Value chain processes and ensures obtaining the expected benefits both qualitative and quantitative
- Perform monthly reviews of management Value Chain processes and identifies opportunity areas in terms of compliance practices, standards, policies and tools for each of the processes contained in the Macro Process
- Generating and maintaining updated KM a platforms in the central base of information from the value Chain processes
**Advise and train to Fuctional teams**:
- Provide consulting services to diverse business areas, identify and propose industry best practices based on processes
