.MissionTo design Dealer Incentives and Contest Programs to ensure Aftersales Dealer Network engagement & performance, in order to take advantage of Nissan competitiveness, strategies & initiatives.
As well as support business planning process and Administrative operations regarding Incentives results calculation and payment.
**Key Responsibilities**:To analyze Aftersales data bases in order to understand market & customer trends.
To participate in the creation of Aftersales Business Plan regarding Sell Out & Sell In per Dealer, Region and National figures, as well as monthly follow up, understanding strategic plan shapening into Financial Statements.
Dealers Contest and Incentive programs design including:Business Case creation & analyzes, guaranteeing positive ROI.Benefits identification & explanation in terms of Revenue, Profit, Aftersales KPIs, etc.Parts forecasting & Supply Chain Management coordination for inventory availability.Budget controlling for Variable Marketing Expenditures and Fixed Marketing Investments to potentiate resources usage.
Incentive programs results calculation per dealer, as well as administrative payment process in synergy with Finance Department, for Credit/Debit Notes, as well as monthly payment reporting.
Business Intelligence support for Field Force Team in order to generate follow up reports & consultancy tools for performance tracking.
**Qualifications & Certifications**:Bachelor's degree is required in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuary, Industrial Engineering or Economist.3 or more years of experience working in marketing areas, with some education or experience in Business Management and Data analytics.
(Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing desirable).Analytical and detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally.Relational database understanding and database usage skills required.Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point.Experience in the automotive industry is helpful.
**Competencies**:Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English languages (for top management and big quorum forums e.G.
